An excellent free tool for currency rate information

I would like to take this opportunity to let you guys know about what I have found to be an excellent resource for currency rate information and free performance charts.

Check it out and post comments. I will be especially interested in any feedback or discussion of strategies on how to utilize their e-alerts. I know a lot of you are using subscription news feeds and the like, but as a "trader on a budget" I always get excited when I find free tools.

Sorry to ask this but what are means that you are using to display all currency information. All this information is from private means or like you are using some bank details?
