I want to format my hard disk, because i have many trojans in my PC, and i have a problem: How to backup my emails and contacts from Outlook express ?

Please help me hurry!

or yeah you can use an anti-virus so that there's no use to back up your mails.

Yes. I strongly recommended you download Spyware Antivirus. I think that is your good option left.
