Interesting Free Promotion Opportunity?

I recently ran across a new website that allows you to post a link to your site for free and then features it. I guess it is just to help new sites get out there, its called thenewestwebsites.com I added my site the other day and have seen a small but noticeable increase in traffic. I just thought it was interesting because its free to put your site on there and I just don't see what they get out of it(where they make their money).
