Can I pay with a credit/debit card from India for e-shopping?

Hi Friends,
Can I pay with a credit card/debit card for paying in dollars or pounds for e-shopping outside India sitting in India? Or does it ask for a written application to the Reserve Bank of India, for permission to spend dollars/foreign currency beforehand?

You can surely pay bills and can do online shopping through Credit and Debit cards but fact is that, it is not always safe to do online shopping..
For example you are paying the bill, there are chances that there can be transactions that are debited twice or may be the transaction can be cancelled but the amount will be debited from your account...
so please make sure...that you are using your credit cards and debit cards for urgent purpose else go and have a personal shopping...

Yes you can pay with debit card or credit cads while shopping from E-shopping. It may not safe for you. There is risk that you can loose your money.
