How can i start.

Hello everyone , i am in the process of starting a mini bus business, at the moment i have spoke to the council and found what i need from them to run it, also had a quote for my insurance, the next thing is sorting the financial side, i'm need 10k to get started, buying bus, paying council fees, sign writing, etc,

what i need to know is which is the best way to finance it, do i go to the bank, or is there other ways? i don't have much cash to put in to it due to putting it into my other business.please help me out,
