Yeah its quite good site but what do you think about personal financing idea ? How you take it if some1 try to do whole by own finance ? My friend found out the hard way. I suppose Financing can be really expensive if not done right - OPPS. He ended up collateralizing his entire retirement plan. Luckily he didn’t sign the papers yet- I knew I could find him a better deal. I called up a company called US Unsecured – usunsecured.com and they got him funding with only 20% down, saving this guy something like 200k off the line. The other bank wanted him to switch jobs and everything. I couldn’t believe it.
