I have a "partner" that I am communicating with concerning finding a buyer for a large qty of REOs from a Trust Fund in NYC.

Here is the breakdown:

1. I am looking to find a buyer of roughly $10 million dollars worth of REOs in ONE HIT.
2. The sale MUST be completed before 12/31/07
3. The buyer MUST be able to prove they have access to the $10 million (no hard money)
4. The buyer can choose the property location (ie: Philadelphia, NJ, etc)
5. The properties are estimated to be SOLD @ 45% of CAIV (Current As Is Value ....not ARV).
6. Buyers must be willing to pay a 2% Broker Fee to me & my partner @ time of closing.

Note: This is NOT a one time opportunity. They will be selling batches in 60-90 days periods, all over the US.
