If you own a home, or are just curious to check out how much home prices are in your area, check out zillow.com. I haven’t heard about this site until now, but it’s a pretty interesting place to waste some time if you are into real estate. It has a little something for both buyers and sellers, and even allows agents to market listings for free. Although it can’t take into account upgrades to the houses it evaluates, it seems to give a pretty decent estimate of a homes worth. Check it out!
